LeadMaxx.ai ("LeadMaxx", "we") is run from Chennai, India. This page explains what we collect when you use this website and what we do with it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
To book and hold your call, to contact you about it, to take your payment, and to follow up on the work you ask us for. We do not use your details for anything unrelated and we do not sell them.
Booking details are saved in a Google Sheet that only we can open. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Conversations happen on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.
We keep your details while we are in touch with you and for as long as needed for accounts and legal reasons. After that we delete them.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 63822 98388 and we will act on it. For any privacy complaint, use the same number and mark it "Privacy".
This site does not use advertising trackers of its own. The payment window loaded from Razorpay may set cookies needed for secure checkout.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
