LeadMaxx helps Indian service businesses reply to enquiries quickly on WhatsApp, with a page, a lead sheet and a reply setup. The ₹399 call is a 20 minute consultation to look at your business and recommend what fits. It is not a promise that you must buy anything.
The call fee is shown on the booking form. Build fees are one time fees quoted on your call and agreed in writing. There is no monthly software subscription for the LeadMaxx setup. Third party costs, such as WhatsApp message charges set by Meta or your own domain, are separate and are explained to you before you commit.
Give us correct details. Use WhatsApp messaging only in line with Meta's rules, including sending messages only to people who have enquired or agreed to hear from you.
We do not promise any particular revenue, number of enquiries or orders. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your offer and your own follow up.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outages of WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Razorpay or other third party services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
