If the call is not useful to you, tell us during the call or afterwards on WhatsApp and we will refund the full ₹399. No questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 working days after we approve them.
If you go ahead with a build, the ₹399 is adjusted in full against the build fee.
Build fees are quoted to you on the call and in writing before you pay anything. The refund and cancellation terms for the build are stated in that quote. No build work starts without your written agreement to it.
If money leaves your account but you get no booking confirmation, or you are charged twice, message us on WhatsApp with the payment reference. We will confirm it and refund any duplicate.
WhatsApp +91 63822 98388. Tell us your name, the number you booked with, and the reason in a line.
